W. Hewitt's Yarrowee Soap Works, Fellmongery and Tannery, was situated at Gong Gong. Their office was at 20 Mair Street.
This is on what is now known as the Daylesford Road. Families in the vicinity includes the O'Dea, Kinnane, Quin and Nestor families.
