Believed to be an Aircraft Handler or Aircraft Director’s Hi-visibility vest. Possibly Royal Australian Navy or Air Force issue.
Sleeveless vest made of yellow plastic with large numeral ‘14’ on rear. Snap fasteners (x2) on each side made by Carr Fast Australia.
