Historical information
Lochton was owned by William Morris Hunter who built and established the three storey flour mill on the horseshoe bend near Deep Creek in Bulla in the mid 1850s. The mill was steam driven. Since the 1960s when the Boral Company acquired Lochton, the property was leased out until January 1994.
