Shield shaped presentation plaque made of varnished timber. in the centre of the plaque is a smaller raised shield shaped plaque which has been hand painted white with a coloured badge comprising of a queens crown a holly wreath, a blue belt with " HONI. SOIT. QUI. MAL. Y. PENSE" in gold surrounding St George slaying a dragon. Below the raised shield is a gold banner with "Royal Regiment of Fusiliers".
