Written on rear of backing sheet: "Archbishop of Melbourne, Frank Woods, addressing the gathering at laying of foundation stone at St. Paul's, Ringwood (C of E) 18.4.58. Built between C of E residence (Cnr Ringwood St. & Civic Place) and Midway Arcade. Demolished when C of E sold."
