Inscriptions & markings
Written on backing sheet, "Hone family, 138 Warrandyte Rd. 1905" The Hone Residence 138 Warrandyte Rd., opp. Unsworth Rd. - 1903 or 1905. The boy on the horse, William, was born in 1894 and worked in Bentley's timber yard for many years. The house was still in use in 1965 but has since been demolished.
