Typed on back of photograph: "Heatherdale Station Estate - 1924. 12 shop sites and 80 allotments. No deposit and £1 per month. Sold 2nd Feb. 1924. J.B. McAlpin, agent. Situated between Heatherdale Rd. and Madden St. The station was erected in 1958."
