Early Borough of Ringwood Rate notices show that Thomas Brierley was the owner of the property from 1938 to 1949. Tenants included Louis Lampert, Chiropractor, known as Thomas (Tom) Henry Lampert although his birth name was registered as Louis Heinrich Thomas Lampert, something he was unaware of until after his father died in 1922 when he was 28 years old. Also a McCann family member resided in the house.
