The documents pertaining to Ann Jane Kennedy inheriting the land from her late husband Samuel John Kennedy and the history of the transfers of land from Ann Jane Kennedy in 1907 until the title was cancelled in 1925 to James Melbourne Ross. The area was 10 acres between Mullum Mullum Road and Wonga Road retrieved from Titles Office.
