In plastic sheeting cover. Single sheet certificate with blue printing and Australian Military Forces Commander in Chief stamp. Addressed as Advanced Headquarters, Morotai, 9 September 1945. Background scene in red, blue and green water colours of palm trees, bills, sea and rising sun. Signed by E. Blamey, General Commander in Chief.
