These detachable collars are most likely Australian Army issue from the World War Two era (1939-1945). They are made to be used with a khaki shirt.

Physical description

These three men’s collars are made of cotton and are khaki in colour. They have three button holes on the straight neck edge, one at each end and one in the middle.
