Charles Gallacher Snr was a Methodist minister, ordained in 1929, 1969 retired and died in 1970. He was the father of the Rev. Dr Robert Gallacher, and the grandfather of the Rev. Charles Gallacher who is minister at Queenscliff-Point Lonsdale (2017). Dr Robert Gallacher was ordained in 1962, with placements in Dunolly, Boort, Malvern, Glen Waverley, Geelong City, Bellarine, and retired in October 1998.
