Historical information

Clancey Brother's Menswear business commenced in 1956 when Terang brothers Tony and Bill Clanceeey bought a well established menswear shop in Liebig Street, Warrnambool, They later moved to another premises also in Liebig Street from which they operated for three decades. In 1996 they moved to yet another premises in Liebig Street close to the Koroit Street intersection. Today it is operated by Tony's son Peter.

Significance

These labels are of interest as mementoes of a long established menswear business in Warrnambool.

16 Paper labels, in one piece, with perforation lines and burgundy text adhered to a piece of grey card .
