This label comes from the Liebig Street, Warrnambool bookshop of Elma Sarll. The daughter of James and Agnes Sarll, she was born in Warrnambool in 1902 and died in 1981. It is believed that Elma Sarll’s shop was operating in the mid 20th century.
Significance
This label is of minor interest as a memento of a Warrnambool business about which, unfortunately, little information is available.
