This label comes from the business of James Earle. It was established in Liebig Street in the 1880s, taking over from A. Kentish. In the early 20th century it was known as Earle and Son. James Earle died in 1934.

This label is of some interest as it is a memento of James Earle. His Warrnambool business was a prominent one in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

This is a cream-coloured piece of paper with cream-coloured printing on a green background. The paper is pasted on to a piece of pink card.
