Reverend Harry G Mackay 1914-1988 was born in Sheffield and served as probationer to Malvern South and Burnie. He was ordained in 1945 and served as Military Chaplain in Alice Springs, then serving at Toorak, Mildura, North Balwyn, and Forest Street Bendigo. He joined the Victorian Home Mission Department as Director and became Director of the Federal Methodist Inland Mission. Reverend Mackay was President of Conference in 1970.
