This photograph was taken from the balcony of the Star of the West Hotel. There are three Orbost men in the photograph, front right. They are Frank Nixon, John Johnston and Keith Lynn.
Significance
This item is associated with agriculture which has always been a significant part of Orbost's history. The men in the photograph are prominent early settlers of the Orbost district.
