Anzac Day school children's medal, issued in 1916. The medal was struck by the Education Department of Victoria for distribution to school children in 1916 to commemorate the first anniversary of Anzac day. The Anzac forces first landed at Gallipoli on 25 April 1915.

Significance

The collection of badges,medallion,issue diary and photograph shows what a soldier who served in WW1, received.It is good that this collection is still intact.

In the centre : " ANZAC" within wreaths.
