Plate silver trophy with handles on each side. The trophy is engraved around its base with the winners. The trophy is mounted on a timber base.
On the front: "PRESENTED TO METHODIST LAWN TENNIS ASSOCIATION OF VICTORIA 'C' GRADE BY E. TONKIN ESQ. TONKIN CUP WON BY DENHAM ST."
