Chancellor, Chairman of the Residences Review Sub-Committee dated 30th August 1972 to the letters from Legatee Carter (Cat.No. 01685), and addressed to the Chairman of Junior Legacy Club, with copies to the recipients of Legatee Carter's letters. In his detailed response, Legatee Chancellor refutes Legatee Carter's claims with detailed reasons and explanations.
