Historical information

Over the centuries, the Malay Rulers were wearing fabric woven with silk tied up with various makeup in fur as garments. The shape of the bond (makeup) and its color are different from state to state. The cloth is called "Skull".

Physical description

Royal headdress worn by Malaysian royals, has a gold hat badge on the side. Presented to the University of Ballarat as part of Malaysian graduation celebration 2008.
