The official opening of the Shire of Diamond Valley offices in Greensborough on 26/02/1972. The first photograph shows the official party arriving, the Governor of Victoria, Sir Rohan Delacombe and Shire President Monte Vale, The second photo shows Lady Delacombe accompanied by Mrs Melva Vale.
