Churchill Island Heritage Farm has a large photographic collection dating from the nineteenth century.
This photograph was taken in 1998 as part of the bicentennial celebrations held to commemorate the arrival of George Bass and his ship 'Tom Thumb' to Westernport. It shows a 're-enactment' of his landing on Churchill Island.
