Identification disc issued to POW's at Australian internment camps during WW2.

Physical description

Round bakelite (brown) disc with hole at top centre. One side plain. Reverse side has four lines of identification (see inscriptions). Used as identification of POW. Contained in a "by air mail" envelope.
