Historical information

Vagarini was an Italian painter at Camp 3 Tatura. He was arrested in Palestine and sent to Australia on the Queen Elizabeth.

Physical description

Four rows of huts. Flower gardens are planted at the front of the first hut. Rows of red dirt in the foreground. Bright blue sky and a large tree growing at the back of the first hut and is in the centre of the picture. R. Wied wrtitten on back of painting.
