Historical information
Churchill Island Heritage Farm has a large photograph collection dating from the nineteenth century. This series shows the volunteers dressed in late nineteenth/early twentieth century style costumes, attending the Museums Victoria conference, held hosted by Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village and held at the Lighthouse Theatre in Warrnambool. Pictured is the woman who has been attributed to making many of the costumes.
