Historical information

In May 1884, George Smart of Bulleen Road Kew, brickmaker, bought the 23 acres one rood and twenty nine and three tenths perches, or 9.4834 hctares from Arthur Bailey Clements of Ringwood for the sum of 600 pound sterling. (Extract from The Story of the Crown Jewel Estate in Ringwood East pdf)
