Note by T.H. Kneen 11 December 1991, "Staff member (with hat) is Alex Jessep, Principal (1926-41). Photo probably mid 1920's. Note fibre cement structure at left-extension of Principal's Residence for Mr. McLennan's large family. Note also Cordyline outside main bedroom window of residence." This photograph was used for a postcard in Centenary Year, 1991.
