A recipe book produced with the assistance of the Meat & Allied Trades Federation of Australia, as a give-away for local butchers. This book was obtained from Willett's Quality Meats of Greensborough and Montmorency in 1965. It contains recipes and hints for cooking meat as well as illustrations of various cuts of meat.
