A thick brown hardcover book titled - Sacred Songs & Solos revised and Enlarged with Standard Hymns 1200 pieces compiled under the direction of Ira D. Sankey written on the front cover in black text and script. The spine has the title at the top and the publisher Morgan & Scott Ltd at the bottom as well as decorative plain lines across it. The spine is broken and the covers are loose. There is a Metrical Index and Index at the back. Four hymns and their page numbers are written on the back endpaper in grey pencil.

A faded black hardcover Holy Bible with embossed pattern on the front and back covers. The front has stamped inside a circle the words, For Foreign and British Bible Society. The endpaper at the front is coming away from the spine, there are stains, foxing, ink markings and tears inside. Text is clear. The spine has faded pattering all along it with Holy Bible printed in gold lettering at the top. There is an inscription from Psalms 1 at the front from Henry Sebire who owned the Bible in . At the back is a handwritten Sebire Family Tree. Overall for it's age it is in remarkably reasonable condition.

A very marked and damaged brown fabric covered book with the faded title The Twins of Emu Plains printed on the front cover with twin girls sitting on a window seat reading a letter. The back cover has dried mould at the bottom and also inside at the back on some pages. The inside front and back of the spine is showing signs of breaking away from the covers. There are a few illustrated black and white plates. Foxing is seen on the edges of the pages. p.256.
Twin 16 year old sisters bravely assist their father on his farm while Emu Palins is in the grip of a disastrous and seemingly endless drought. Being young the twins treat trouble as a tremendous joke , and by their lightheartedness and practical help their harassed parents are able to carry on. Adventure and incident abound in this tale.

A very badly damaged hardcover book, Little Folks: a British magazine for the young. This is a bound edition for children. The front cover has an illustration of two girls standing beside a fence feeding a pony leafy greens from a basket. The back cover has two advertisements: one for Pear's soap and one for Cadbury's cocoa. There are black and white illustrations throughout. The spine has come apart from the two loose covers and many pages are torn and dog-eared. Some are missing. 426p. Inside on p.179 there are pressed leaves.

Ornate carved dark timber mantle pendulum clock with brass clock face surround. Has a white dial with black roman numerals and black metal hands. The Ansonia Clock Co. Manufacturers USA Trademark A is printed on the face. It has an ornate brass pendulum and the internal workings are visible. The very ornately embossed in gold decorated glass front opens. There are two spirit plumb levels inside, one is aluminium metal and is attached to the wall, the other is brass with Wm Hunt Level Co with a triangle on top stamped on it. There is a brass key No.7 with two holes on the top of the winder handle.

Antique wooden mantle clock made in USA with an Australian made Duff brand oak case with a plain angled top with round shaped pillar styled sides. It has a white ceramic dial face with black digits and black metal hands. The dial is covered by a glass and gold trimmed covering that may be opened on the right side. Inside the case is a Waterbury Clock Co of USA key and the internal workings are visible. It is not in working order.
