Four handwritten foolscap pages. The wall was to be built on the Eastern side of the ground facing Albert Street. The stonewall to be 73 feet long and eight feet six inches high. A curved tunnel formed to be about 50 feet long. The work was undertaken by Johnson brothers for one hundred and fifteen pounds five shilllings.
