Significance

Ballarat School of Mines was an education facility set up during the gold mining era in Ballarat to assist in the education of miners in a variety of subjects to do with mining. It later became a technical school and then a TAFE before its current format as a University. This document is a submission for one of the courses run at the School of Mines and Industries Ballarat.
