Round leather strap with leather 'apron' attached. On top of this apron is a canvas bag with a leather stopper in one corner. Large metal buckle on leather strap. It is possible that the canvas came from an old sail. See 'The Tool Chest', Vol 15, No.1, Issue 67, page1.|See ND5526
There is a Makers Mark on the leather and the canvas of the water bag - a double diamond near the buckle end of the wide strap.
