Hat belonged to Leslie Ricketson mother.
Handmade wreath like hat of varying shades of blue rayon silk, voile and nylon flowers overlapping and mounted on a stiff plastic net frame. The whole is covered in a fine velvet spotted net veiling. No makers label appears. Hand stitched.
