The first mobile phone - analog - used by donors husband, Noel Webster. Noel was a Nunawading Councillor 1969 -75, Mayor 1973-74. He grew up with his family in Canterbury Road Vermont from mid 1930s.
Physical description
Early model analog (1993) N E C mobile phone pre digital. Plastic with LCD display screen, function & dialling keys, receiver earpiece and microphone/loudspeaker. All enclosed in a zippered leather carrying case with a zipper enclosed detachable portable antenna. Mobile phone includes a soft carrying handle.|Also included is a charging console, an in-car charging attachment and a book of instructions with original contract and receipt..|Missing is an AC power adaptor. Unit includes the NiCad battery.
