Physical description

Nunawading Arts Council submission to Nunawading Council for a Theatre Arts Centre to be built in the Civic Centre complex. Submission (dated 16/3/1983) addresses the need, existing venues, options, cost estimates and rental income. The supplementary submission (dated 6/4/1983) addresses management and other charging options. Its includes layout and a separate architects site plan.
