Memories by Merle Duncan recorded 7/1/1986. Zander Avenue named after the Zanders who had an apple orchard there. Wright Family owned a milk bar in Springfield Road and they built Mountain view shops in Springfield Road. The old manse, now the Nunawading North Community House was their home. Nicoll Reserve was a pear orchard owned by the Aytons.
