Graeme Miller, president of Mitcham Chamber of Commerce says no major improvements have been made to Mitcham Shopping Centre for years. Cr Tim Shambrook agrees and put forward a proposal to develop an action plan to improve the appearance of the Centre. The Mall is not effectively used, promotion is insufficient and the public toilets are in poor condition.
