Physical description
Alwyn Terence Till died in action in Belgium during World War 2. His family kept letters he had written and records relating to his life, war service and death, which were donated to the Whitehorse Historical Society in 2008. Also included in this donation were records of other members of the Till Family, and letters written by William Cook, a relative by marriage (ND5889)|Two copies of French Translation of 'A Brave Australian Airman'. Also correspondence fromYvonne Fitzmaurice relating to the book she wrote on Alwyn Till and its rranslation into French
