Physical description

An article advising Council approval has been given to the Blackburn Lake Sanctuary Advisory Committee to construct an anchored 1.98m x 3.4m floating island in the lake to provide a safe haven for birds. The committee would provide $500 towards the cost with support from students at Forest Hill Secondary College.
