Black and white photo of War Memorial in Whitehorse Road,Mitcham.The much travelled (located and relocated) soldier has been placed n many since the end of WW1:|1. Centre of Whitehorse Road within reserve midway between Mitcham Road and Station Street |2. Closer to Mitcham Road and on the garden /lawns between Whitehorse Road (main throughway) and the northern service| road. 3. On his pedestal outside the Memorial Hall on the corner of Whitehorse Road and MacDowall Street.|4. Currently mounted in the gardens of Halliday Park in Mitcham Rd.
