Black & white photo of United Free Methodist Church built in 1888 in Chapel Street. Re-sited in 1902 to cnr. Whitehorse Road and Melvin Street, Ringwood.|The United Free Methodist began working in Blackburn in Sept 1888, when an allotment was presented to church by Blackburn Company. (Freehold Investment and Banking Company).|Original Church built by Mr. Williams - cost 200 pounds.|First service held in 1890. Page 65 of De Costa Book.
