Accompanying text sent by Charles - 'This is another photo of front side (facing Mitcham township) You see there is a lot of dried grass lying about which is a serious fire risk to the new houses which have been built. The verandah posts on the corner have rotted away and let the verandah down a foot. The roof on the kitchen is in a bad way. You will notice the chimney has a lean of about a foot.
