This smokehouse, erected in 1975, was built using stone from the Mullen Mullum Creek by stone mason Ray Williams, based on a photograph of a smokehouse in America. When a photograph of the original Schwerkolt smokehouse was found, it was seen to have a striking resemblance to the one erected in 1975
