This is a commissioned report auspiced by the State Government of Victoria - Department of Sustainability and Environment 2003.

Significance

This report was prepared to guide the sustainable long-term planning and management of Victoria's six Alpine Resorts. Falls Creek, Lake Mountain, Mount Baw Baw, Mount Buller, Mount Hotham and Mount Stirling, after the catastrophic bush fires of 2002- 2003.
