Historical information

Zilles Printers was begun by Lewis Zilles in the early 1930s. It was in McKenzie Street Ballarat. His son Jeffrey also became a printer - letterpress, offset and screen printer. The business became Zilles Printers/Graphics and was in Armstrong Street and later Bell Street Ballarat.

Metal plate made for T.W.Clark of 205 Bourke Street Melbourne. It is the Trade Mark stamp.

Name of company - T.W. Clark 205 Bourke Street Melbourne written in circle with crown on top and kangaroo and emu in centre of circle. Scroll with Trade Mark at bottom of circle.
