A Broadcast Listener's Licence was issued by the Commonwealth of Australia, in Melbourne via the Postmaster General's Department. In this era (1960s) 'free to air' radio required the payment of a licence fee. The fine for operating unlicenced equipment was up to 100 pounds.
Although the address on the licence is Garden City, Mrs Bray is a long-time resident of Greensborough
