The Nunawading Community Hub has achieved a 5 Star Green rating by the Green Building Council of Australia
The Nunawading Community Hub has been built on the former site of the Nunawading Primary School and the historical building has been retained and refurbished featuring classrooms, meeting rooms, spaces for art, dance and counselling as well as communal kitchen facilities.

The collar stud belonged to Charles Clarence Victor Schwerkolt (1892-1964). It was worn with a detachable collar on special occassions throughout his life after his marriage in 1929. Charles was father of Rosalie Whalen (nee Schwerkolt).
Charles Clarence Victor Schwerkolt handled Mary Schwerkolt's business affairs in order to re-claim Schwerkolt Cottage from Australian Government confiscation during World Wars 1 and 2.

Servex Trademark was registered as an Australian trademark on 2 September 1947 and later became under Phillips Industries Holdings Ltd
Travelling iron in green leather case with electric cord. The iron is chrome with a black bakelite handle. The cord is covered in pink cotton with black bakerlite fittings.
