Courier, "Inside Out with Kim Quinlan", Wednesday 25th May, 1994, speaking with Bob Whitehead, outgoing Chairman of the Friends of the Botanic Gardens, Ballarat.
Significance
Bob Whitehead was instrumental in the formation of the Friends of the Ballarat Botanical Gardens. Prior to that, he was Parks and Gardens Director for the City Council. So, he was something of an authority on the Gardens and the Friends' early history.
