Shire of Diamond Valley Rates assessment issued to Alan Partington in 1970. This land is assessed as an "Urban Farm". In 1974 the 'farm rate' was declined for this property, eventually leading to its acquisition by the Shire for recreational space, now known as Whatmough Park.
